A Professional Foundation, A Personal Passion In 2003, I officially turned that passion into a profession, launching Outta My Kitchen. For seven years, I operated as a caterer, honing my craft and feeding the community I love. When I eventually transitioned into special education to raise my daughter, my professional path shifted, but my kitchen remained my creative sanctuary.
Cooking has been my constant. Through life’s challenges, the kitchen has remained my way of expressing love, finding focus, and nurturing the soul. For me, cooking is so much more than preparing a meal—it is an act of love, an act of vulnerability, and an act of faith.
